The front desk attendants were very welcoming and helpful during my Christmas stay. The decorations throughout the hotel gave off a Bali vibe that I thoroughly enjoyed. The water heater worked quickly and the hot water was readily available. the room looked just like the photos online, and the hotel was conveniently located near several stores and restaurants.

there was no hair dryer in the room, which was a huge inconvenience. Lastly, the incorrect location provided on Google Maps caused some confusion.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at the counter were really nice, helpful and answered all our queries with a genuine smile. We loved the decorations of the hotel which gave us a Bali-like feeling. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and kept extremely clean. The water heater worked quickly and efficiently, and we had access to hot water right away. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and added to our comfort.
